**** Next Obedience Class Starts Wednesday, July 8th, 2026 ****

Classes start Wednesday, July 8th, 2026 and will be held indoors at the Bob Rudd Center at Petrack Park.

Basic Obedience 1 Class: 6:00 – 7:00PM.

Registration will be held at the 1st class on July 8th.

Please, NO DOGS at the 1st class.

Bring your dog’s vaccine/shot records and the completed Class Registration paperwork

(link below) to Registration and Orientation.

Class schedule: July 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, August 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th.

 Cost is $75 per 8-week session; payment is due at registration.  Cash or Check Only – no Credit cards. 

Dogs must be at least 4 months old and up to date on vaccines; bring your dog’s proof of vaccines to registration.

PVOC may offer Intermediate Obedience Weekly Classes, open to the public,

for dogs with previous obedience or have AKC or other recognized Obedience or Rally titling.

If interested, please attend the Class registration on July 8th at the Bob Rudd Center at Petrack Park.

Bring your dog, along with your dog’s proof of vaccines and the completed registration forms.

******Saturday morning Rally Training Class may be Available******

Rally is a fun way to engage with your dog beyond basic obedience. 

It provides additional skills and exercises you can use just for play or for future competition.

Novice/Intermediate: Introduction to Rally.  All on leash.  Dogs must have completed a beginning

obedience course or equivalent.  Dogs should walk on a loose leash and know basic sit,

stand, down commands.  Handlers focus on learning signs and rules.

Advanced/Excellent/Master: Off leash signs and skills.  Continuation of Novice class for dogs who

are ready to work off leash, utilizing additional signs and jumps.
